Pipeline for Part-Qualified or Newly Qualified Finance Professionals (ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Matching candidates with fast-scaling UK tech firms and retail groups building out strategic commercial finance teams.
Role Requirements
- Financial Modeling: Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, unit economics.
- Tools: Advanced Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, NetSuite or Xero/Workday.
- Business Partnering: Presenting insights to departmental heads and executive leadership.
Target Compensation
- Base Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 + 10-15% bonus potential
- Estimated Take-Home: ~£3,300 – £4,050/month (UK PAYE)
